The Windsor Plaza Hotel in District 5, HCMC will host a Thai Culinary and Cultural Fair from April 28 to May 7 at Café Central An Dong on level 4.

The event will feature traditional Thai music and dance performances, and a sumptuous international buffet with a variety of authentic Thai dishes prepared by Thai guest chef de cuisine Booncherd Kaewplang who has more than 25 years of culinary experience.

Especially, ML Darunee Chakraphan at the Royal Traditional Thai Crafts School for Women will open a booth where visitors can savor tasty Thai Royal dishes, a source from the hotel told the Daily at a press conference held on April 26 to present the upcoming event.

Adwin Chong, general manager of the Windsor Plaza Hotel, said visitors to the event would be able to enjoy authentic and exotic Thai food at the nightly international buffet and discover some of Thailand’s colorful cultural features.

Diners will have the opportunity to join a lucky draw with a grand prize of two return flights to Bangkok courtesy of Thai Airways and a five-day package tour sponsored by Nature Tourist for two people to travel to Bangkok and Pattaya.

The buffet will be available from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. with the price starting from VND648,000++ per person from Monday to Friday, and VND738,000++ on Saturday and Sunday. There will be a free flow of German beer, fruit juices and soft drinks.
