Dear our beloved residents,
First of all, we would like to express our pleasure and special thanks that you have chosen the Three Oaks Serviced Apartments as your sweet home during your stay in Vietnam. Coming this April 2018, we will be celebrating two national holidays, one on this Wednesday 25 April 2018 and one from 30/04/2018 – 01/05/2018.
According to the Labor law of Vietnam, all employees working standard hours will have those days off. We will, however, still maintain security for those days. In order to prepare for this change, we would like to inform have the cleaning service rescheduled for some of the rooms. For those who have the service on Wednesday, 25 April 2018, it will be moved to Thursday, 26 April 2018 with basic and fast room cleaning. For those who have the service on Tuesday, 1 May 2018, it will be moved to Monday, 2 May 2018 with basic and fast room cleaning. We do apologize that we cannot provide the laundry service on these days and the housemaids will pick up clothes on early Monday, 2 May 2018 instead.
On Wednesday, 3 May 2018, all activities and services will return to normal. Furthermore, if you have some extra trash bags that need to be disposed during this time, please notice that we have a big green container behind the door. For those who need special support, please do not hesitate to contact our office from now till the end of this week.
We do apologize for any inconvenience that may cause to you during this time and appreciate your understanding as well as consideration.
